A funeral service will be 10 a.m. Thursday, February 17, 2022 at New Hope United Holy Church, 2249 Judith Road, Hartly, DE 19953 where there will be a viewing from 9 a.m. until 10 a.m. Thursday. Burial will follow in Barratts Chapel Cemetery, Frederica.
