MILTON - Anna Chalabala, of Milton, passed away Saturday, Mar. 31, 2012 at Bayhealth/Milford Memorial Hospital. Anna was born in Austria, daughter of the late Leonard and Afra (Schmirauter) Brugger. She was a homemaker and enjoyed gardening and being outside. In addition to her parents, Anna was preceded in death by her husband, Karl V. Chalabala, in 2001. She is survived by four children, Maria Jerman, of Milton, Edward Chalabala, of Lincoln, Peter Chalabala and Bruno Chalabala, both of Milton; a brother, Leonard Brugger, Austria; five grandchildren; and a great-grandson due to arrive this week. Funeral services will be private. Arrangements in the care of Short Funeral Services, Milton.
