LINCOLN - Allen E. Cox, 74, of Lincoln, passed away Monday, Nov. 21, 2011, at Delaware Hospice Center, Milford. He was born on Nov. 15, 1937, in Dover, to the late Lee and Grace Glanden Cox. Allen was the proud owner of Allen Cox's Camper Sales in Woodside, for over 30 years. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He loved going golfing and camping. He loved racing. He was past president of Airport Speedway. He was preceded in death by his sister, Mary Ellen Millman; and brothers, Howard Cox, and Leroy Cox. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Beverly Cox of Lincoln; son, Mark Cox of Greenwood; son and his wife, Brian and Charlotte Cox of Greenwood; daughter and her husband, Debbie and Craig Schurman of Milford; brother and his wife, George and Vicki Cox of High Spring, Fla.; brother and his wife, Robert and Cheryl Cox of Frederica; sister and her husband, Shirley and Earl Shane of Smyrna; sister and her husband, Naomi and Tom Breazeale of Richland, Mo.; sister and her husband, Cindy and Bob Sanderson of Dover; eight grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. Remembrance Services will be 1 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 26, 2011, at Trader Funeral Home, Dover, where friends may call from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Burial will follow at the Odd Fellows Cemetery, Camden.
