Alfred 'Bud' Hinefelt, 76

ROCK HALL, Md. - Alfred F. "Bud" Hinefelt died on Dec. 12, 2008, at his home, following a long illness. He was 76. He was born in Skinners Neck, Rock Hall, on Aug. 28, 1932, son of the late Alfred Edward and Tina Virginia Elburn Hinefelt. He married Patricia Lee Jeffers on Dec. 5, 1953. In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Sharon Lee Porter and husband Larry Jr.; a son, Michael Franklin Hinefelt and wife Debra; three grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; two sisters, Violet Baxter and Pearl Bachelor; and a brother, Gilbert E. Hinefelt. Funeral services will be Tuesday, Dec. 16, at Rock Hall United Methodist Church at 2 p.m. Relatives and friends may call two hours prior to the service. Interment will be in Wesley Chapel Cemetery. Arrangements by Fellows, Helfenbein, and Newnam Funeral Home Rock Hall.
