BRIDGEVILLE - Albert James Dill of Bridgeville died Saturday, Sept., 1, 2007, at Genesis in Seaford. He was 84.
He was born Nov. 15, 1922, near Trinity, son of the late James B. Dill and Bertha Mae Priestly.
Mr. Dill was an agricultural farmer his entire life.
He was predeceased by his wife of 61 years, Roberta (Outten) Dill, in December 2006.
Survivors include his daughters, Joyce D. Handley and her husband Bill of Bridgeville, and Janet D. Driscoll and her husband Bill of Seaford; a son, James A. Dill and his wife Tara of Laurel; a grandson, John Handley and his wife Christa of Bridgeville; and a great-grandson, Jacob Handley.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Hardesty Chapel, 202 Laws St., Bridgeville, where friends may call one hour prior to services.
Burial will be in Bridgeville Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions are suggested to the American Heart Association, 1151 Walker Road, Suite 202, Dover, DE 19901.
