DOVER - Aida "Lucy" Rodriguez passed away peacefully, Tuesday, Nov. 28, 2017 at Kent General Hospital.
Lucy was born Aug. 27, 1951 in Humacao, Puerto Rico to Juan A. Reyes and the late Kelly Lopez Reyes, the oldest of six children.
She worked for many years as a front desk manager for Holiday Inn. Lucy enjoyed a good laugh, knitting, crocheting, macramé and was an avid romance novel reader. She was a loving, caring and strong daughter, mother, grandmother, sister and niece. Lucy will be missed dearly.
Lucy is survived by her children, Mara and Christina; grandchildren, Darrious, Anthony, Hannah and Kylie; sister, Diana; brothers, Junior and Roberto; aunt, Olga.
Services will be private.
In lieu of flowers the family suggest contributions be made to Little Sisters of the Poor, Jeanne Jugan Residence, 185 Salem Church Road, Newark, DE 19713-2942.
