Agnes Morgan Rice

HARRINGTON - Agnes Morgan Rice joined her husband Harry, on Jan. 16, 2018 passing at her home.
She was born Sept. 14, 1943 in Harrington to the late Norman W. Morgan, Sr. and Mary Allen Morgan.
Agnes was a seamstress working at Ace Dress Factory and Aetna Shirt Factory for many years, and she also work for Best Drywall Company where she retired.
She was in the Class of 1962, at Harrington High.
Agnes favorite place to visit was Chincoteague, Va. and Cherokee, N.C. She loved her husband and children, and spending time with her family.
Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 33 years, Harry C. Rice; her brothers, Benjamin, Norman Jr., and Rodney Morgan; her sister and husband, Joyce (Sonny) Schweitzer; a nephew, Danny Morgan; and a niece, Cheryl Morgan.
She is survived by her daughter, Robin Lynn Jones; a great niece, Lindsay Dee Morgan, who she raised from eight years; granddaughter, Cassandra Yost; great grandson, CJ Yost, Jr.; sister, Nancy (Russell) Bradley; nieces and their families, Dana (Norman) Barlow and children Brooke, Rylee, Delayna; Becky Robbins and her children Michael (Kady) and Maura (Lucy); Karen Cooper and her children Holly (Matt) and Matthew; Linda Molesi and her children Sam and Ben; and Tracy Morgan; a nephew, Guy Schweitzer and his son Alan; special cousin, Juanita Brown and her children Billy and Kaitlyn; sister-in-law, Dee Morgan; and best friend, Beverly Merchant.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, Jan. 21, 2018 at 1:30 p.m. at Fleischauer Funeral Home, 16 W. Market St, Greenwood, DE 19950. Viewing will be held one hour prior to service.
Interment will be held at Hollywood Cemetery, Harrington.
