Ada Mae Troyer

HARTLY/GREENWOOD - Ada Mae Troyer, passed away Sunday, July 8, 2012, at Milford Memorial Hospital Milford. She was born on March 2, 1922, in Middlefield, Ohio to the late Henry and Catherine Fisher Shrock. She was a member of Central Mennonite Church. She worked at Playtex for over 30 years. She loved being on the family farm, over 60 years, on Bryant's Corner Road. She and her late husband took in Fresh Air Kids from New York in the summer. She is preceded in death by her husband, Henry M. Troyer; daughter, Kathryn Clendaniel; one grandson, and two great grandchildren. She is survived by four sons and their wives, Enos and Barbara Troyer of Ky., Lester and Deborah Troyer of Del., Raymond and Ruby Troyer of Ky., Melvin and Lois Troyer of Mo.; daughters, Clara Humphries of Del.; Rhoda and Charles Barnes of Del., Helen and Ernest Mast of Kan., Lillian and Alexander Shabo of Del.; son in law, Louis Clendaniel of Del.; 41 grandchildren; 77 great grandchildren; and 10 great great grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held at noon, Thursday, July 12, 2012, at Central Mennonite Church, 220 West Denney Road in Dover, Del., 19904. Burial will be at the Central Mennonite Church Cemetery next to the church. Friends may call from 10 a.m. till time of the services at the Central Mennonite Church. The family request that memorial contributions be given to Central Mennonite Church, 220 West Denney Road, Dover, Del., 19904, and/or The Country Rest Home, 12046 Sunset Lane, Greenwood, Del. 19950.
