DOVER — A 34-year-old Camden woman was arrested on weapon and DUI charges after a traffic stop Sunday, authorities said.
Delaware State Police sad Autumn Bray was driving a vehicle with no license plate on South Dupont Highway in the area of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard while committing traffic violations when stopped at approxximately 3:59 a.m.
A trooper detected signs of impairment upon contacting Ms. Bray, police said. She completed Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and was subsequently taken into custody without incident, polic said.
A loaded handgun was found concealed inside the front of Mr. Bray’s jeans, police said. A computer check showed Bray did not have a valid permit to carry a concealed deadly weapon, according to authorities.
Ms. Bray was charged with carrying a concealed deadly weapon, possession of a firearm while under the influence, driving under of the influence or drug and traffic offenses. She was arraigned by Justice of the Peace Court 7 and released on her own recognizance.
