Three arrests made in Dagsboro drug investigation

DAGSBORO — Three individuals were charged Thursday following a drug investigation that began four months ago, Delaware State Police spokesman Senior Cpl. Leonard DeMalto said.

The arrests occurred in the 28000 block of East Diamond Drive after a search warrant was executed at approximately 5:35 p.m.

Clarence Mobley, 34, of Millsboro, was charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance in a Tier 3 quantity, possession of a controlled substance in a Tier 3 quantity, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance in a Tier 1 quantity, possession of drug paraphernalia (three counts) and resisting arrest. He was arraigned by Justice of the Peace Court 3 and committed to Sussex Correctional Institution, Georgetown, on $107,200 cash bond.

Wilbert Perkins, 41, of Dagsboro, was charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance in a Tier 2 quantity, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia (two counts) and resisting arrest. He was arraigned by Justice of the Peace Court 3 and committed to Sussex Correctional Institution on $21,400 secured bond.

Devontay Jones, 28, of Dagsboro, was charged with possession of a firearm by a person prohibited, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (two counts), possession of drug paraphernalia (two counts) and resisting arrest. He was arraigned by Justice of the Peace Court 3 and committed to Sussex Correctional Institution on $81,200 cash bond.
