Speak Up: Smyrna School District referendum is March 9

A vote for the Smyrna School District’s referendum is a boost to the entire community. That’s according to superintendent Dr. Susan Brown, who led a public presentation Feb. 7 to make the case. Officials are pushing for money to build and expand schools, as well as support programs for constables and mental health support, plus other goals.
