In the months prior to Georgetown Speedway’s season opener, the owner was plenty busy revitalizing the facility. Bleachers, a safety fence and railings have been added, and the track is now 25 feet wider. Plus, the frontstretch now features a flagger stand from Dover Motor Speedway. • It’s fantastic! Eight laps and done. Wheel-to-wheel action. Intense passing. High-speed action start to finish. Greatest sport on Delmarva! — Vincent J. Deskiewicz Sr.
  • Lots of action. You can see the entire track and very affordable. — Matthew Fisher
  • Dirt track is excitement. Hitting, banging speed. Great competition and no yellows for every little thing like on NASCAR big tracks. It’s affordable fun for all. And now, in Georgetown, a handicap area. The best dirt track around. They did a magnificent job. Thanks to all. And you can see your favorite locals compete. — Denise Sloboda Deskiewicz
