Speak Up: DelTech requests additional funds to boost instructor, administrator compensation

Delaware Technical Community College’s educator compensation has lagged behind the majority of the state’s public school districts in recent years, school officials say. So, beginning in fiscal year 2022, the college launched a stabilization plan aimed at increasing and maintaining faculty compensation to stay competitive with public school teachers.
