Question of the Day: Does Kent County need renewable energy sites?

Kent County Levy Court voted last month to approve a moratorium on utility-scale wind power generation in central Delaware. New zoning options will be considered this month, including the restriction of renewable energy generation sites to designated business growth zones instead of agricultural land. What should Kent County be doing to accommodate renewable energy?
