DOVER — A 23-year-old Dover man has been arrested in connection with a Sept. 20 shooting.
Dover police spokesman Master Cpl. Ryan Schmid said the case involved several homes being damaged by gunfire on Willis Road. No injuries were reported.
An investigation led to Rayquian Horsey being named a suspect, and a warrant was obtained for his arrest, Cpl. Schmid said.
Mr. Horsey was taken into custody without incident Tuesday.
Charges against Mr. Horsey include possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony and second-degree conspiracy. He was committed to Sussex Correctional Institution, Georgetown, on $22,000 secured bail.
