Victims in fatal Milton crash identified
By MILTON — The Delaware State Police have identified Mary Elicone, 59, of Rehoboth Beach, and Suzanne Misener, 65, of Lewes, as the women who died in a multicar collision Saturday.
The incident occurred at Coastal Highway and Cave Neck Road at approximately 8:46 a.m., authorities said.
