LEWES — The Rehoboth Beach – Dewey Beach Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting to celebrate the opening of the Jane Clifton Ashford Center at Camp Arrowhead.

The 10,000 square foot, timber frame summer camp dining hall and community space is named for Jane Clifton Ashford, who is remembered as a kind-hearted, faithful, community-minded individual who brought warmth and sunshine to everyone she knew.

The building is available for rental outside summer camp season for meetings, retreats, conferences, events, and weddings.

Groups may work with outside caterers or our in-house food service.

Rental fees help Camp Arrowhead meet its goal of providing opportunities to underserved populations, both for summer camp and off-season programs. Easily configurable to meet each group’s individual needs, The Jane is a unique facility in southern Delaware.
