DOVER — A 23-year-old Dover man was arrested Thursday in connection with a shooting that caused injuries Nov. 13.
Dover police spokesperson Master Cpl. Ryan Schmid said the incident — at 2:16 p.m. in the 100 block of Hampton Drive — left a 20-year-old man injured. After an investigation, an arrest warrant for Brice Hall was obtained.
Mr. Hall was charged with second-degree assault, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, second-degree conspiracy, wearing a disguise during the commission of a felony, first-degree reckless endangering (two counts), possession of a firearm by a person prohibited (two counts), criminal mischief (six counts) and violation of probation. He was committed to Sussex Correctional Institution, Georgetown, on $47,000 cash bail.
