Dover City Councilman Brian Lewis celebrates local businesses
DOVER — Dover City Councilman Brian E. Lewis welcomed two new small businesses to Dover Aug. 19.
He attended the grand opening of Tropicana, 516C Jefferic Blvd. The business will be selling homemade Mexican ice cream, pastries and groceries.
Councilman. Lewis also celebrated the one-year anniversary of EL Super Latin Groceries, 1923 S. DuPont Hwy. A Latino food trailer was at the anniversary event offering Latino foods.
Councilman Lewis, said, “I am delighted to see more small businesses entering our area especially ones of diverse backgrounds. Plus, I felt this was a great opportunity for me to offer my support towards our members of the Hispanic community.”
