Armstrong: Cabinet position would better serve needs of vets

I support anything we can do to better provide for and serve the needs of the veterans who gave so much in service to us all (“Veterans’ groups seek unified voice in Delaware,” Sept. 20).
So, yes, I would support creating this position!
