New Middletown Family YMCA in central spot
Facility near elementary school, library opens this month

The hub around the nearly complete Middletown Family YMCA is bustling.
There’s Silver Lake Elementary School, renovated in 2022, which sits next to five baseball and softball fields. The school is found in Silver Lake Park, near its paths and playground.
And Appoquinimink Community Library opened last year, joining several neighborhoods within walking distance.
