DOVER - Winifred E. Williams passed away Monday, Aug. 24, 2015 at her home Dover. She was born on Jan. 12, 1927 in Camden to Selwyn and Margaret Dunn Williams. She is a graduate of Caesar Rodney High School in 1946. She enjoyed playing baseball and horse back riding, reading, cards, and crab cakes. She even met Roy Rogers. She was a bookkeeper for an area accounting office. She is preceded in death by her sister, Margaret Ann Vican; nephew Frank G. Vican, Jr. She is survived by niece, Vivian Vican of Brooklyn, N.Y. Graveside services and burial will be held Friday Aug. 28, 2015, 10:00 a.m. at Sharon Hill Memorial Park, Dover.
