DOVER - William S. Brooks, passed away May 12, 2011, in his home surrounded by his loving family. He was 70. William was born on Jan. 23, 1941, in Dover, son of the late Foster and Roseline (Peaker) Brooks. Memorial service will be 1 p.m. Saturday, May 21 at the Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W. Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming where friends may gather one hour earlier.
