FELTON - William "Bill" Patrick Moran, Jr. passed away at Kent General Hospital on Thurs., Sept. 26, 2013 following a sudden illness. Bill was born on Feb. 19, 1973 in Brooklyn, N.Y. to William and Nancy Moran. Bill worked locally as a tattoo artist. William will be deeply missed by his parents; his children, Robert, Ashley, Lindsi, Nicholas, and Julia; his siblings, Tiffani, Jessica, and Diana; as well as his kindred spirit, Michele Dornberger. Services for William will be held at 2 p.m. at the Pippin Funeral Home in Wyoming, Del. on Wed., Oct. 2, 2013, a viewing will be held prior, from noon to 2 p.m. Burial will be private. Friends and family may send letters of condolences via www.pippinfuneralhome.com
