FRANKFORD - Mr. William Oscar Walters passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 9, 2012. He is survived by six children, Terence Walters, Harold Walters and his wife Laura, Calvin Walters, Tanya Walters, Tobie Haile, Tracey Russell and Ratrina Pratt; 13 grandchildren; and five great grandchildren. A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 20, 2012, at Union Wesley United Methodist Church, 32137 Powell Farm Road, Frankford, DE, 19945 where friends may call one hour prior.
