DOVER - William F. Talford of Dover passed away on November 18, 2014 at his residence. Born May 4, 1924, William was 90 years old. Funeral services will be 11 a.m., Sunday, November 23, 2014 at the Bennie Smith Funeral Home, 717 W. Division Street, Dover, Delaware 19901 where friends may call one hour prior to service. Interment will be on Monday November 24, 2014 at the Fairlawn Memorial Cemetery, Fairlawn New Jersey. Arrangements are by Bennie Smith Funeral Home, Dover.
