Parker, 88 REHOBOTH BEACH - William E. "Bill" Parker, age 88, of Rehoboth Beach, passed away Sunday, July 27, 2014 at Nanticoke Memorial Hospital. A Masonic service immediately followed by Christian services will be 11 a.m., Friday, August 1, 2014 at Conley's United Methodist Church, 33106 Jolyn's Way, Lewes. Friends may call at the church beginning at 10 a.m. Interment with Military Honors will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, August 1, 2014 at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 26669 Patriots Way, Millsboro.
