FELTON - William "Bill" S. Dobek died Sunday Jan. 19, 2014, at Bay Health Medical Center Dover. He was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., and moved to Delaware approximately 12 years ago. He is survived by his loving wife and family. A memorial service will be Sunday, Jan., 26, 2014 from 4 to 6 p.m. in the chapel of Berry Short Funeral Home, Main St. Felton, and a funeral mass will be held on Monday Jan. 27, at Noon at Holy Cross Church, 631 State Street,Dover, DE. Burial will be private. Arrangements handled by Berry Short Funeral Home.
