FELTON - William D. "Bill" Luff, 91, of Felton, passed away on Wednesday, March 25, 2015 at the Delaware Hospital for the Chronically Ill, Smyrna. Bill was born in Burrsville, the son of the late Clayton and Nellie (Melvin) Luff. Bill worked at I.L.C. in Dover as a supervisor for 25 years before retiring. He and his wife Margaret operated the family farm in Felton as well as Bill owned and operated a small lawn and garden service selling and repairing lawn equipment from his home. He was a member of the V.C.F. Ruritan in Viola. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Margaret Luff; as well as several nieces and nephews. Services and burial will be private at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions to the V.C.F. Ruritan, P.O. Box 9, Viola, DE 19979.
