She was a retired Registered Nurse working most recently at Atlantic Shores, formerly Millsboro Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Millsboro for 25 years. She was a member of the Seaford S.D.A. Billie loved children, animals, to write plays for her church, to draw, to dance, to sing, and she loved to wear her many hats; her absolute passion was to take care of others. She is survived by many who loved and adored her. A Memorial Service will be 1 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 8, at the Talbot Evangelistic Church, 6099 Ocean Gateway, Trappe, Md., where friends may call at noon. Pastor Derwyn Lowe will officiate the service.
