SMYRNA – Wayne B. Kay passed away Friday, Oct. 19, 2012 at the Delaware Home and Hospital where he had been a resident. Wayne was born on May 1, 1939 in Vermont, son of the late Francis and Elizabeth Kay. Graveside service will be 11 a.m Friday, Oct. 26, 2012 at Barratt's Chapel Cemetery, Frederica. Arrangements are by Pippin Funeral Home, Wyoming.
