MILTON - Wanda Wentworth (nee Fried) born Jan. 11, 1959, passed on to be with God, on Sept. 12, 2013. She was a loving daughter, wife, sister, mother, aunt and friend. She was a no-non sense woman who had many talents and love for children, animals, baking, crocheting, music and movies to her ultimate loves-her husband, Jim and daughter, Jamie. A hard worker, she was a 20 year employee of Beebe Medical Center, but also worked in a bakery and a textile mill in her younger years. She was formerly a treasurer of the Jaycees in Pa., where she met Jim. She will be dearly missed by all. She is preceded in death by her father, Dale Fried; uncle, Jack Salmons; and nephew, William Wilson. She is survived by her devoted husband; faithful daughter; loving mother, Shirley Fried; father and mother-in-law, Allen and Pat Wentworth; mother-in-law, Cindy Blounts; and caring sister, Sharon Fried; sisters-in-laws, Lynn Wilson, Corinne and Amy Wentworth -Kotara; and nieces, Alexandra and Camille. An informal Sunset Memorial will be held Tues., Sept. 17, 2013 at 6:30 p.m. at Lewes Public Beach, at the end of Savanna Road. Water will be provided, but please bring a chair or blankets as Wanda would want you to be comfortable In lieu of flowers, contributions in Wanda's memory, may be made to the American Association of Liver Disease at 1001 N.
