Wanda Lee Whittington, 67

MARION STATION – Wanda Lee Whittington, a daughter of the late Alverta Whittington and the late William H. Ward, was born July 14, 1941, in Crisfield. She departed this life Tuesday, March 17, 2009, in Coastal Hospice at the Lake in Salisbury. She was 67. She leaves to cherish her memories two brothers, Alexander (Gloria F.) Whittington Sr. of Marion Station and Joseph Ward of Philadelphia; one sister, Patricia Douglass of Crisfield; one uncle, Beryl Whittington of Port Norris, N.J.; two aunts, Cora Ward and Emmer Whittington of Marion Station and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Services were held March 21, 2009, at John Wesley United Methodist Church in Marion Station, with interment in the church cemetery.
