HARRINGTON - Walter Smith, of Harrington, passed away on Sept. 17, 2010, at Milford Memorial Hospital in Milford. Born on March 2, 1940, he was the son of Byard Smith and Alberta Flamer. He was 70. Funeral services will be 1 p.m., Monday, Sept. 27, at the Mt. Carmel Church, 103 Mechanic Street, Harrington, where friends may call two hours prior.
