DOVER - Waldemar S. Ciolek of Dover passed away Thursday, November 5, 2015 at Kent General Hospital. He was 57. Mr. Ciolek was born November 15, 1957 in Poland to Stefan Ciolek and Jadwiga Wozniak Ciolek. He and his family moved from Poland to the United States, 17 years ago and he was proud to be a permanent resident. He owned and operated a commercial cleaning company "Sparkle Cleaning" in Dover, for nine years. Mr. Ciolek was a very dedicated and hard worker. He enjoyed helping his parents and others with whatever had to be done. Mr. Ciolek also loved gardening. Mr. Ciolek is survived by his parents, Stefan and Jadwiga Ciolek of Middletown; his wife of 32 years, Iwona Ciolek of Dover; son, Marcin Ciolek of Dover; and sister, Marta Gospodarek of Middletown. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 12 p.m., Wednesday, November 11, 2015 at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 631 S. State Street, Dover.
