Henry Askins CAMBRIDGE - Virginia L. "Donie" Henry Askins, of Cambridge, transitioned to immortality peacefully on Wednesday, April 5, 2012, at Dorchester General Hospital. Her memory will be cherished by her children, Garnell "Bommer" Henry, Shirley H. Hollis and Rolanda "Diane" H. Wongus; ten grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; a sister, Ethel Wells (Lovie); three brothers, Lorenzo Henry (Lue), Franklin Henry (Janet) and Leon Henry (Joyce); nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends. Services will be 11 a.m., Saturday, at Waugh Chapel United Methodist Church, 425 High St., Cambridge, with a viewing Friday evening 6 to 8 p.m. at Henry Funeral Home PA, Cambridge, and one hour prior to the service.
