REHOBOTH BEACH - Violet G. Horn "Cis" passed away peacefully on Thurs., Sept. 12, 2013, at home with her loving family by her side. A Memorial Service will be held on Thurs., Sept. 26, 2013 at 11 a.m. at Westminster Presbyterian Church, 301 King Charles Avenue, Rehoboth Beach, DE. Interment will be private. Arrangements are being handled by Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Lewes, DE. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Mrs. Horn's memory may be made to Westminster Presbyterian Church, 301 Kings Charles Avenue, Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971, Disabled American Veterans (DAV), 16206 County Seat Highway, Georgetown, DE 19947, or American Ex-Prisoners of War, 3201 East Pioneer Parkway #40, Arlington, TX 76010.
