CLAYMONT - Viola G. Abplanalp, age 82, of Claymont, passed away peacefully on August 29, 2016. She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Bill; three children, Donna Fox of Smyrna, Vicky Abplanalp of Dover, and Bill Abplanalp, Jr. of Wilmington; four grandchildren, Christiana, Jonathan, Bryan and Kai; and a great grandchild, Cameron. Viola was a loving wife, mother and grandmother, who will be dearly missed. Services will be private.
