FRANKFORD - Viola E. Rogers, 88, of Frankford passed away on December 7, 2013 at Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury, Md. A funeral service and Celebration of Her Life will be held 1 p.m., Thursday, December 12, 2013 at Blackwater Fellowship Church,where friends may call for viewing and visitation from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. Barry Townsend will officiate, and interment follows at St. Georges UMC Cemetery in Clarksville.
