Victoria Lynn Spicer

DOVER - Victoria Lynn Spicer passed away Saturday, Feb. 23, 2013 at Kent General Hospital. Mrs. Spicer was born July 3, 1950 in Baltimore, Md. to the late Kenneth G. Runge and Ruth T. Emge Runge. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Spicer loved making Teddy Bears which she called "Victoria Bears". When she couldn't make the bears any longer she donated the bears on hand to the hospital. Mrs. Spicer is survived by her husband of 43 years, George Edward Spicer of Dover; son, Thomas E. Spicer and his wife Laura of Camden; daughter, Ann Spicer-Phillips and her husband Dennis, Sr. of Dover; sisters, Gail Runge-Bowen and her husband Robert, Cynthia Maloy all of Cambridge, Md.; grandchildren, Melinda, Hilary, Scotty, Alanna, Tyler, Deanna, Devin, Dennis, Jr., Richard, Adolynn and Katelyn. Private services will be held at a later date. Letters of condolence may be sent and guestbook signed at torbertfuneral.com.
