Victims uncooperative after Dover shooting

DOVER — Little information was available after victims were shot at Tuesday night and then opted not to cooperate with investigating police, authorities said.

Dover Police officers were called to the intersection of U.S. 13 and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard at approximately 7:22 p.m. and located several shell casings in the area, spokesman Master Cpl. Mark Hoffman said. Victims were contacted after they fled the area but no information was provided, police said.

Police asked anyone with information to call 736-7130. Callers may remain anonymous. Tips may also be submitted to law enforcement through Delaware Crime Stoppers at 800-TIP-3333 or online at delawarecrimestoppers.com; a cash reward of up to $1,000 is possible for information leading to an arrest.
