SEAFORD - Velma S. Shenton passed away on Tuesday, May 20, 2014 at the Seaford Center Nursing Home. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, May 28, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Parsell Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Hardesty Chapel, 202 Laws Street, Bridgeville, DE, with Eastern Star Services beginning at 10:50 AM. Friends may begin calling at the funeral home at 10:00 AM. Interment will be private. Memorial contributions may be made in Mrs. Shenton's memory to Vitas Innovative Hospice Care, 1016 N.
