CAMBRIDGE - Troy Foster was born Feb. 4, 1999 in Baltimore and departed this life Oct. 10, 2017 at the age of 18. For the past two years he has lived with Frederick Stanley and Ruth Adele Stanley his foster parents in Cambridge and they served as foster parents since 1995, under the Administration of DDS Foster Care Baltimore with (Gregory Hilton) and PSI (Baltimore Mentor).
The family is grateful to Cambridge South Dorchester High Administration Staff-(principal, and Guidance Dept.) as well as the Alternative Education program with supervisor Dr. Bell and mentor Albert Jones for their special supervision.

Troy has three foster brothers, Chavonne/Corbin Stanley, Avigonne/Corbin Stanley, Tavon/Corbin Stanley; all of Cambridge and are employed in the local area. Troy had some special friends: Andrew Sampson III, Alfreda Stanley, Tyann Cephas and Janae Smith.
Special thanks to the family and friends of the neighborhood who found Troy to be loving and a very special friend.
A memorial Homegoing Service will be held on Saturday, Oct. 21, 2017, 11 a.m. at Kingdom Covenant Ministries 2119 Gwynn Oak Ave Woodlawn, MD 21207 with a viewing one hour prior.
