DOVER — City residents Brice Hall, 22, and Vaughn Hall, 19, along with Richard Carter, 30, of Felton, were arrested for weapons and drug-dealing charges following an administrative search Wednesday.
Dover police spokesman Master Cpl. Ryan Schmid said the investigation began at approximately 11:49 p.m., when officers assisted Delaware Probation and Parole with an administrative search at a Stevenson Drive residence associated with the Hall brothers.
Upon arrival, police contacted the three men in the residence. During the search, officers located approximately 961.4 grams of marijuana and THC edibles, approximately 3 grams of cocaine, 15 bags of heroin and a loaded 9 mm handgun, Cpl. Schmid said.
The three suspects were taken into custody without incident and transported to the Dover Police Department, where they were arraigned.
Charges against the men, among others, included possession of a firearm by a person prohibited (two counts), possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, possession with intent to deliver marijuana and second-degree conspiracy.
Brice and Vaughn Hall were committed to Sussex Correctional Institution, Georgetown, on $53,550 and $32,350 cash bail, respectively. Mr. Carter was released on $32,350 unsecured bail.
