Three Dover residents arrested after search warrant

DOVER — Three Dover residents were arrested on weapons and drug charges Tuesday following a search warrant, authorities said.

According to Dover Police spokesman Master Cpl. Ryan Schmid the warrant was obtained and executed at 6 a.m. after a drug investigation at a residence in the 700 block of Halsey Road.

Police said Brian Ridgeway, 53, Anthony Bray, 33, and Jasmine Pearson, 24, were all taken into custody without incident.

As a result of the search warrant, officers located a 16 gauge shotgun, .380 ammunition, 1.2 grams of crack cocaine, 27.6 grams of heroin, drug paraphernalia, and stolen mail/credit cards.

Mr. Ridgeway was charged with possession of a firearm/ammunition by a person prohibited and maintaining a drug property. He was committed to Sussex Correctional Institution on $3,000 cash bail.

Mr. Bray was charged with possesion offenses including firearm during the commission of a felony, firearm/ammunition by a person prohibited (three counts), with intent to distribute a controlled substance (two counts) heroin in a Tier 3 quantity and drug paraphernalia. He was committed to Sussex Correctional Institution on $130,200 secured bail.

Mr. Pearson was charged with possession offenses including firearm by a person prohibited, with intent to distribute a controlled substance (two counts), heroin in a Tier 3 quantity and drug paraphernalia. She was additionally charged with unlawful use of a credit card (four counts) in another case, police said. She was released on her own recognizance.
