DOVER - Thomas M. Sidoti of Dover died Saturday, March 5, 2016 at Kent General Hospital. He was 88. A memorial service will be held 5:30 p.m., Wednesday, March 9, 2016 at the United Methodist Church of Little Creek, Main St., Little Creek, Del. In leiu of flowers the family asks donations be made to your local animal shelter or SPCA. The First State Animal Center and SPCA, accepts Donations at, 32 Shelter Circle, Camden, DE 19934.
