Thelma F. Norrman

LINCOLN - Thelma F. Norrman passed away on Friday, July, 31, 2015 surrounded by her loving family. She was born on Jan. 30, 1920 in Rugby, England daughter of the late William Boult and Mildred Bushnell Boult. She married her late husband, Clifford Norrman, who preceded her in death in 1995. She worked for Halliday Lithograph Company prior to retiring. She was a member of the Daughter of the English, and the Disabled Veterans Association. Mrs. Norman was Town Clerk and Selectman for the town of Plympton, Mass for several years. She and her late husband were members of the Milford Senior Citizens group. In addition to her husband, she is preceded in death by her son, Carl Robert Norrman, and daughter, Celia Annette Anderson. She is survived by her two children, John Alfred Norrman and wife Eleanor, and Evelyn Carlson and husband, Roy; also, nine grandchildren: Roy, Brian, and Lee Carlson, Disa L. Crew and Matt Norrman, Stacy, Kyle,Barry and Roy Anderson and several great grandchildren. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, August 5, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Henlopen Memorial Park, 28787 Lockerman Road, Milton, Del. 19968. In lieu of flowers the family request donations to Delaware Hospice 100 Patriots Way, Milford, Del. 19963. Arrangements handled by Berry Short Funeral Home, Milford, Del.
