CAMDEN - Terri A. Whitney-Rose passed away Wednesday, Mar. 1, 2017 in her home with her devoted and loving friend Lynn Miller by her side.
She was born on Oct. 11, 1957 in Dover, daughter of the late Albert and Ruby (Greenley) Whitney.
Terri had owned and operated her business for the last 10 years, Whitney and Hersey, Inc., which was a computer technology company. She retired from Delaware State Police Federal Credit Union. She enjoyed reading, painting, doing needle point, water coloring, and spending time with friends. Terri was a person who always had a smile.
Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Roy Rose.
Terri is survived by her sister, Christine Septer of Smyrna; special friend, Lynn Miller; niece, Donna Maley of Wellesley, Mass.; nephew, Scot Septer of Smyrna; special aunts, Irene Emery of Dover, and Elsie Bilbrough; several loving cousins; and many friends who were very special to her.
