MILFORD — Monthly Second Friday programs resume in person on Sept. 10 at 7 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall of the First Presbyterian Church of Milford.
The program will also be aired via Zoom for those who prefer to attend from home.

September’s topic will be “Tai Chi and Qigong for Health,” presented by Silvia Ritchie, an avid student and instructor of both disciplines.

Ms. Ritchie is a certified teacher for Level I Qigong/Tai Chi from Silver Lotus Training Institute, Tai Chi for Arthritis by Dr. Paul Lam and is currently teaching beginners Tai Chi at CAMP Rehoboth. She also teaches at The Moorings in Lewes where her class consists of people with balance issues, in wheel chairs and other age-related issues.

Ms. Ritchie suggests attending in person is preferable, if possible, but if you would like to receive a Zoom invitation, please email 2ndFriday.Milford@gmail.com.
