DOVER — Calvin King, a suspect in the Feb. 28 IHOP shooting in Dover that left four people injured, turned himself in to the Milford Police Department on Wednesday. He was then transferred to the Dover Police Department.
Dover police obtained warrants for Mr. King, 24, on July 28 after he was identified as a suspect during the continuing investigation into the shooting that occurred at the IHOP on S. Little Creek Road.
Mr. King was committed to the Sussex Correctional Institute in Georgetown on a $55,000 cash bond. He was charged with possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony and six counts of first-degree reckless endangering.
